Introduction.

Aesop's Fables and the Panchtantra and other such works have often been a source of getting easy to understand explanations to various issues. Stories such as the turtle and the hare, are representative of the fact that "Slow and and steady wins the race". For every new generation with changing view points and references, the need to put across points contextually arises often.

Being a voracious reader, of virtually any genre, fiction, non fiction, autobiographies, the daily news etc, I have started writing articles from the personal perspective and to explain certain issues to friends.

Hence the title "Fable"ous Management Theories, drawn from "Aesop's Fables".
